Anyone interested in the craft of or to refine their talents in writing may become a member.

  • Malice offers invaluable programming to include professional guests such as publishers and editors to police detectives and paranormal researchers.

    • These guests offer their expertise and help us not only learn the art of writing but create believable stories.

  • The amazing published authors in our group, whether traditionally or self-published, offer their vast expertise.

    • Our published authors have already been through everything from rejections to unethical agents.

    • Their advice is immeasurable to those hoping to break into the business.

  • Malice offers a yearly weekend retreat in the fall with special guests and crash courses in everything from brainstorming to voice.

  • Malice publishes anthologies to help fledgling writers receive a publishing credit to help further their writing careers.

    • The first anthology entitled Bluff City Mysteries printed by local publisher, Dark Oak Press, is now available.

    • Our second anthology of ghost stories set in the tri-state area is also now available as is our third, Elmwood: Stories to Die For. We are hard at work on our fourth and fifth anthologies.

  • It makes a world of difference to associate with like-minded people who understand the trials of the business and the voices in our heads.
